Processing Times

All items are handmade with care, so please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for order processing on all items.

During peak seasons or high-volume times, small delays may occur, but I always work to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most reliable option for your order.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information!
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Damaged Orders

All damaged, lost, or mishandled packages must be handled directly through the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier using your tracking number and photos of the damaged package.
I am unable to replace or refund items that were damaged during transit.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are out of my control.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier to start a claim.
